Fee Schedule

How much is your time and health worth to you?

The fees charged include all areas of preparation and cooking, including the assessment interview, shopping, travel, and menu planning. Recipes are modified to reflect your needs and wants, and packaged to your specifications, using only the freshest ingredients.

Think of it this way—

Going to a restaurant involves driving to get there and back, possibly waiting for a table, and taking the chance that the kitchen crew will remember your special request, if indeed you are allowed to make a request.

With Mealtime Magic, L.L.C., you save all that time and trouble and can eat your prepared meals in front of the TV in your pj’s if you so desire.

Each entrée has four servings; preparing five entrees means you will have 20 servings.

Packaged “family-style,” you will have five meals.
Packaged in service for two, you will have 10 meals.
Packaged in individual containers, you will have 20 meals.

Plan A — Entrees only.
Each entrée serves four people. This is a great option for families who want a few meals on hand for those hectic days or for seniors who don’t eat as much as they used to. Groceries are included in the service fee.

Three entrees (total of 12 servings) $250
Six entrees (total of 24 servings) $320
For organic ingredients, add 20% to the fee.
Cost of disposable containers is extra.

Plan BFive entrees and three side dishes — $265 + groceries

Each entree has four servings for a total of 20 meals.
Price does not include groceries.

Cancellation policy: Three business days’ notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee of $50.

Special Discount: Refer a friend who signs up for the service and receive 10% off your next service.
